The building that houses it is a small old stable with an adjoining barn, recently renovated. The architecture is simple, with extensive use of indigenous materials such as stone and wood.

It has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, as well as a large loft accessible from the room (equipped with a sofa bed).
It is to all intents and purposes a small mountain cottage, warm and cosy, tastefully furnished in harmony with local style and tradition.
Breakfast, with typical products, is served by arrangement in the nearby B&B Sot i volz, the owners’ home.
Bed linen and towels are included.
From here it is easy to set off on cultural, sports and hiking itineraries, or for simple and authentic relaxation (Arta spa, walks in the woods and mountains, horse riding…). Nearby there are restaurants and pizzerias as well as typical Carnic cuisine; newsagent’s, pharmacy, bus stop.

Services included in the booking: linen; room cleaning; heating. Extra services: Breakfast. In summer, bicycles are available for guests to use for trips in the surrounding area, while in winter there is a compartment for storing ski equipment.
