The flat is located on the second floor. Spread over 70 square metres, it consists of a kitchen, living room, double bedroom, single bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine.

The property is surrounded by a large garden, an area with a wood-burning grill is available to guests. There is also a convenient parking space.

The house is located near the spa centre of Arta, and in an area rich in hiking trails leading to mountain huts, refuges and peaks where you can admire the splendid views of Carnia. The area is rich in mountain bike and cycling routes; in fact, we are in the vicinity of the famous Zoncolan and Crostis mountains. A few hundred metres from the flat there is a well-equipped riding school.

In winter, you can reach the ski resort of Mount Zoncolan just 15 minutes away by car, where you will find more than 20 km of downhill slopes served by modern ski lifts and a ring for cross-country skiing.
